  • Upgraded Oracle eBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11 and implemented a High Availability architecture.
  • Implemented High Radius for Collections, BillTrust for Cash Applications, custom application for Credit decisions, Adaptive Insights for budget and forecasts, Blue Prism for Robotic Process Automation, Custom Fraud Model for Order Processing.

MCDONALD'S CORPORATION

Director - Global Financial Transformation, 2014-2015

 

Spearheaded global team responsible for converting existing financial and attribute data from Legacy systems to Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications.  Ensured migration to new platform to enable countries to move accounting functions to shared-services center, reducing head count by 50%, with implementation in three countries.

  • Developed and managed data conversion strategy through all life cycles of implementation.
  • Led 16 on-shore and off-shore staff to develop Informatica solution, enabling repeatable process for subsequent conversions.

Collaborated with a global team to implement Hyperion planning and reporting system with full integration into Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications, allowing business to produce rolling two-year plan with little or no user interaction, cutting planning cycle by two weeks.

  • Developed models to identify quantitative and qualitative key drivers to predict future financial performance.

Developed and delivered global technology solutions for business analytics, using Teradata and Microstrategy.  Combined data from internal operations reviews, mystery shopper programs and direct customer feedback to measure business performance, acting as key driver for operational and sales turnaround from 2005 forward, resulting in annual sales increases of up to 9%.

  • Created metrics used to measure and drive improvements in operations for over 30,000 locations and 100 countries worldwide, serving as first enterprise program to achieve global buy-in and implementation.
